SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

We process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Below are the shipping details and delivery times for our store:

1. Shipping Rates & Estimated Delivery Times

- Denmark (Domestic):

  • Free standard shipping on all Denmark orders, including supplier-fulfilled items.

  • Estimated standard transit time after dispatch: 3–5 business days. Please allow an additional 1–3 business days for order processing.

  • Express Shipping is available at checkout for kr.169.00 where offered. Estimated express transit time after dispatch: 1–2 business days, in addition to 1–3 business days for order processing.

- European Union (EU):

  • Standard EU Shipping: kr.69.00.

  • Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days.

- Rest of the World (International):

  • Standard International Shipping: kr.149.00.

  • Estimated delivery time: 7–14 business days.

2. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days before dispatch. Processing time is additional to transit time. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s).
